Air vacuum blower 2400 series

The Series 2400 vacuum blower is specifically designed for use with Coperion K-Tron‘s Series 2400. It comes with either a microprocessor controller or PLC controller that commands the entire system and includes a vacuum breaker valve to accommodate the continuous sequencing conveying. The vacuum breaker valve remains closed while the material conveyed to allow material from the source to enter the receiver. The blower idles between call signals and opens automatically, thereby letting outside air be drawn. Almost all blower packages include an industry-proven positive displacement blower and IEC or NEMA motor for efficient and dependable services. The featured blower is dynamically balanced and isolation pads are positioned between the blower and base to reduce vibrations and noise. It also comes with a heavy-duty base that ensures easy access for cleaning and an adjustable motor mounted to accommodate any motor with IEC or NEMA bolt pattern.
