K-Tron Aeropass Valve aim at transferring the material straight on to a Hopper allowing to be used in non-authorized spaces. It consists of an instant switch off material on total filling of Scale Hopper. Aeropass Valve is perfect for plating requisitions and has an easy system structure that needs less start-up investment. Additionally, these valves can be accessed for 2", 3", 4", and 5" O. D. tube and pipe line sizes along with resistance buttons on each gate side. They have pre-wired mechanical seals with air simulator and restricted buttons which are certified sealed values as per IP 56 [NEMA 4X]. The NEMA 9 are basic devices with NEMA 7 provisional ones that prohibits branch ingress as they are mounted on the ceiling of bin or hopper scale. These are low-maintenance and highly productive vacuum applications.
