ZRD Rotary Valve is utilized as a discharging and metering valve for passing on products in powder and granular form. The valve is designed for heavy-duty industrial purposes where pressure differentials go up to 1.5 bar(g) and temperatures up to 100° C. The heavy duty design makes it explosion pressure shock proof of: 10 bar(g). It contains large inlet and outlet to support even high capacities. Outboard bearings of the valve are with lifetime seal. The rotor has 10 blades, open end, chamfered blades. The Seal purge gas unit contains solenoid valve 24 VDC, 8 W DC, filter regulator and gauge. Inlet/outlet flange is round and drilled.
