Coperion ZXD Blow-Through Premium rotary valve is used to convey products in powder and granular form. The blow through convey configuration enhances the rotor cleanout, which helps in making installation in tight quarters. The ZXD consists of patented blow-through channel for optimal pocket sweeping. It provides pressure differentials up to 1.5 bar and up to 100 C temperature. Due to its heavy duty design, the machine is explosion shock proof. It has a large round inlet with no restrictions of the cross-section for highest capacities. It has outboard bearings with lifetime seal. The rotor is made of 10 chamfered blades, and its open-ended. It consists mating flanges with drilling to match rotary valve for field weld to convey line. The material is stainless steel and includes silicone gaskets and bolts for attachment to blow-through channels. It has a completely mounted seal purge gas unit. There are other Standard Mechanical Specifications like the Inlet/Outlet flange, it's round, drilled according to DIN PN 10 or ANSI 150 lbs.
