The COPERION K-TRON ZXD series hygienic rotary valves feature a full access extraction system, large highly-efficient inlet, pressure differential up to 1.5 bar (21 PSI), temperatures up to 100 °C (212 °F), and can resist shocks up to 10 bar (145 PSI). These valves are easy to install, disassemble, and clean. The extraction system offers support for the rotor, offering an efficient method for facilitating endplate and rotor removal. The blow-through conveying configuration enhances rotor cleanout and offers possibility of installation in tight areas. The surface is made from AISI 316L stainless steel, guaranteeing robustness, durability and reliability, and is completely contamination-resistant. They also feature a seal purge gas unit, plastic tubing, solenoid valve of 24 V DC, 8 W DC, filter regulator etc.
