COPERION K-TRON flap diverter valves are used for pneumatic conveying applications and feature single/double solenoid, magnetic proximity proof switches for both gate positions, abrasion resistance offering durability and reliability for the polyurethane seal, low pressure drops offering minimal velocity fluctuations through valves, a IP56 NEMA 4X and NEMA 9 standardization, with optional NEMA 7. They can be efficiently used on temperatures up to 93 °C and pressures up to 1.4 bar. They contain iron, aluminum or stainless steel housings, and a diverting gate out of carbon or stainless steel, depending on the request. Also, polyurethane flapper offers sealing for the unused valve leg, and is located between two halves of the metal diverting gate. These valves are available in sizes 2", 3", 4", 5" and 6". They can contain manual, motorized, or air-cylinder actuators. They are compatible with various types of valves and can be installed from different angles.
