The KV Series from Coperion K-Tron are vibratory feeders for fragile, friable, abrasive or difficult materials like fiberglass. These tools can be used for feeding fragile ingredients and problem materials like fibers and abrasive materials (rough-grained powders). The device also provides gravimetric feeding of free flowing bulk materials, such as granules and coarse powders. These vibratory feeders come in three sizes of vibrating trays, depending on the feed rate which can be linked with different hopper sizes. Moreover, these equipment feature fiber feeders like an adjustable fiber equalizer in different configurations, to match feed rate and behavior.
