2-way diverter valve WZK

Mainly designed for pressure or vacuum systems, K-Tron Tunnel Diverter offers a process to divert fine powders, granulars and abrasive materials to be converged. It has an easy seal replacement which decreases or minimizes maintenance of the tool. Even without removing the housing, disturbing the valve, rotor, or bearings, the seals can still be accessed. It is ideal for pressure or vacuum systems usage and is efficient in handling granulars, fine powders and other materials. Its tunnel design keeps material migration into the unused leg. The arranged or assembled valve is already pre-wired and is ready to be used for adjustment or in rotor alignment. The rotor bearings is sealed to last for a lifetime. The K-Tron Tunnel Diverter Valves is air-operated with proof switches for both rotors. The system controlled panel mainly controls the valve. It operates a system pressure of up to 1.4 bar.
