Pneumatic conveying vacuum receiver 2406 series

The 2406 series is manufactured by Coperion K-Tron, and is a vacuum receiver that comes with a small part plastic molder in mind. The main air control valve has a required dry compressed air of 80 to 100 PSI. There is a maximum volume per draw of 1 lbs, based on 35 lbs per cubic foot pellets. It is made up of a standard perforated filter, and has an adjustable vacuum bleed off for precise draw time settings. The unit comes with a Pyrex™ sight glass with aluminum base directly mounts to throat of a machine. It has a proximity level sensor that can be adjusted, and a receiver I/O block. The unit has voltage rating of 24 V DC with NEMA 4.
