Purifying filter for wood dusts and shavings with automatic cleaning in backwash mode. Operating principle: the CORAL AIRCOM/L sleeve filter is a highly efficient dust scrubber with completely automatic cleaning using compressed air. With particularly strong structure in galvanised self-supporting modular panels (painted on request), it is made up from an upper sound-proofed extractor body, where the fans are positioned, an intermediate body with compressed air cleaning system, a central body that houses the filtering sleeves (in polyester C 500 gr/m2 BIA USG or, as an optional, BIA USG C, in antistatic or Teflon coated fabric) and a lower body with legs, unload hopper, rotating valve and dusty air inlet connections. The filter is designed to operate in a vacuum: the dusty air enters from the hopper entrance and due to the sudden decrease in speed, the larger particles settle and are evacuated outside by the rotating star valve, thus guaranteeing the maximum operational safety.
