Fast and noiseless, the BR RW2 is new project evolution outcome of a sophisticated research project aimed at ensuring extreme ease of use, high productivity and excellence of the final product. Its innovative structure and modularity make the machine exceptionally safe, reliable and versatile in use, and satisfy the highest demand for cone to cone preparation requirements. Constructed with the best quality materials and components to ensure excellent performance throughout its service life, the BR RW2 can operate with 0° cones, 3°30, 4°20', 5°57, both in the single or double sided versions. The BR Rewinding achieves the desired cone winding density precisely thanks to the new innovative step by step adjustment tensioning device . The operator, using the Intelli Wind touch interface, can adjust the winding speed continuously from 300 to 1400 m/min to find the best solution for the yarn being wound. A high quality, uniformly wound cone is assured by the special technical solutions adopted in the machine's construction. Yarn friction is minimised by the use of an optical sensor and thanks to a straight vertical path of yarn threading system, that reduce any unnecessary tensions. The production of perfectly identical wound cones of uniform density is guaranteed by special technical solutions such as the counter rotating waxing device, electronic anti-ribbon and adjustable counter weighting. The co-axial motor, the ceramic yarn guides, the innovative tensioner per head, the separate electrical cabinet make the BR Rewinding a good reliable machine, "with low parts replacement needs".
