BR-AS are the result of an original project aimed to guarantee an extreme facility of use and excellent performance throughout its service life. BR-AS has been especially designed for the 2x1 twisting operation and it has built up with high-quality material, capable of meeting all user’s needs, in terms of both productivity and of final product quality. High productivity, versatility, simplicity and noise level extremely low even at the highest production speeds are the main characteristics of the new BR-AS. Its simplified configuration and modularity make the machine exceptionally safe, reliable, versatile in use and subject to minimal wear therefore requires little maintenance. The BR- AS assembly winding machines can be adopted with Intelli Wind a dedicated software which simplifies and automates all the operations. The control panel includes a digital display and function keys to enable the operator to monitor the machine’s operation and set its parameter in a simple, intuitive way.
