Characteristics
Main features
Use of blame elevators in stainless steel for the loading of container bodies.
All surfaces that are in contact with the workpieces are stainless steel- polished.
All the bowl feeders are equipped with Moxmec piezo bases and controllers. The controllers are mounted in the electric board with remote programming keyboard which has possibility to block the set parameters.
The leakage test is carried out with the interception method, to reach very low testing time with 600 mbar pressure and a maximum leakage threshold of 2cc/min.
Integration of a robot programmed by Cosberg technicians for the unloading of 8 assembled containers on intermediate seat.
When the intermediate seat is full (with around 90 containers), a gantry robot with special grippers and inhalation system takes all the containers and places them into a cardboard box. The gantry robot takes and places the containers on a separation sheet and continues to fill the box according to the set quantity, which is programmable. The change of the box is automatic.
