The bowl feeders are arranged to feed continuously the pieces with the concave side downwards and the superior wings parallel to the feeding direction. Bowls and grooves are made of stainless steel and CNC working to guarantee high precision. On the feeding group there are gauges: if there is a piece out of tolerance the gauge lifts and a blow moves the pieces back in the bowl. The pieces out of tolerance remain into the bowl. Pacing selector for the pacing of all the six grooves contemporarily. Use of rigid linear feeders to guarantee the correct alignment. Use of the “rigid anti-vibration” system in order not to transmit the vibrations and at the same time guarantee precision of the alignment.
