Thick weld cleaning brush with a dense fiber structure to help cover larger surface area. It is used in more demanding weld cleaning operations (50-80 Amps power output). MAIN DESCRIPTION Cougartron Thunderbrush is an effective and thick brush to be used with our higher-powered Cougartron weld cleaning machines. (ProPlus or InoxFURY) The brush is 4 times thicker than similar models and has a dense fiber structure – you cover a larger area to help you achieve desired result faster. Therefore, it is useful when cleaning larger welds. Brush operates best at 50-80amps. To protect the crimp against damage, shroud must be used.
