HD series model's multi-head dual process technology offers the highest possible productivity for a machine. It gives the throughput of two machines from a single machine itself. It is flexible and is able to run two different programs simultaneously on one machine. It can even run two identical parts at the same time. The optional CR Onsrud multi-head dual process technology makes all this and a lot more possible. Add a second tool changer, a router spindle and the optional individual servo control of the second complete spindle slide from the list of options to any of the standard Onsrud extreme duty series twin table model. Drilling or boring blocks, aggregate tool changers or multiple c-axis can be added as options.
