Description

So you need it all. Oversized part machining – check. 5-axis capability – check. Custom part holding/fixturing devices – check. Our Custom Pro moving gantry CNC platform outfitted with the power of our articulating 2-axis head delivers. The one-piece thick-wall engineered steel base of the 5-Axis Custom Pro Series CNC router is specifically engineered with internal steel reinforcements, and designed to handle the extreme weights of large blocks of non-ferrous metal, large tooling or fixtures for composites and sheet metal parts. Just like our standard Pro model, the top-rail design allows for increased capability and performance of 5-axis machining via the shorter, more stable one-piece steel vertical columns, offering more rigidity and leverage over the bridge than other side rail designs. The large vertical Z-Axis rams (with larger bearing spacing) deliver increased rigidity, fast positioning, and smooth, accurate cutting. Precision 5-axis machining for all of your critical components is accomplished in one set- up cycle, with all operations performed for machined-in accuracy and stability – resulting in a high precision 5-axis machine able to handle the largest work-pieces, the heaviest materials and tooling, and integrating unique automation/material handling options – providing you the best possible value per table size relationship available in the industry from the C.R.
