Cree LED's MB290 series of LEDs combine highly efficient InGaN materials with Cree LED's proprietary G«SiC® substrate to deliver superior price/performance for high-intensity LEDs. These vertically structured LED chips require only a single wire bond and have a geometrically enhanced chip shape to maximize light extraction. Cree LED's MB™ series chips are 100% tested for conformity to optical and electrical specifications, as well as the ability to withstand a 2000 V ESD pulse. Applications include outdoor full-motion LED video signs, automotive lighting and white LEDs. Cree LED's MB series chips are compatible with most radial and SMT LED assembly processes.
