The SP (SPA, SPB, SPC & SPZ) series Cross + Morse Crown V-Belt Taper lock Pulleys are manufactured according ISO 4183 and DIN 2211 Standards out of grade 220-260 fine grain cast-iron suing most advanced foundry processes, with finishing work done by CNC lathes. They are compatible with narrow (wedge) and classic V-belts. The concentricity of outside diameter to bore, and groove side run-out complies with DIN 2211 part1, and surface finish with ISO 254. Additionally, these pulleys feature statically balanced according to ISO 1940, with up to 125 mm pitch circle diameter pulleys balanced to G6.3, with acceptable residual unbalance of 2 g at pitch diameter. The resulting residual unbalance is less than 100 g mm/kg at 600 rpm and 20 g mm/kg at 3,000 rpm. Per user request dynamic balancing is also available.
