It inherits railway traction motor design technology by adopting such highly reliable structure design as high-strength frame, shaped stator coil, anti-corona rotating shaft material, imported bearing, high-strength rotor copper alloy conducting bar and end ring.
Motor insulation structure is able to bear high frequency pulse under inverter power supply; stator adopts VPI; The motor insulation system design is strengthened in terms of stator water-proof capability through strict water immersion test to meet operation requirements in high temperature under the mine.
Temperature sensor is buried in each phase winding and bearing in the stator to monitor temperature of all critical components of the motor at real time and ensure reliable operation of the motor.
