The motor has rated power of 90kW, rated torque of 1432 N•m and starting torque of 2600 N•m. It prevails among its industry counterparts with regard to system reliability, property performance and economic costs. The motor inherits the advanced R&D and manufacturing technology and quality assurance system in railway traction motor and optimizes the product according to electric wheel applicative particularity, able to adapt to such adverse environment as heavy shock, low temperature, dust, salt and high-altitude and operate safely and reliably under such special operation condition as 20% equivalent gradient, operating at peak torque during continuous 60s, frequent staring and braking. Based on lightweight and small-size design, unit motor mass per torque is 0.2kg/ N•m with constant power rpm over 4 times and rated efficiency 92.2%.
