In-Situ Laser Raman Gas Analyzer
LRGA-3200EX
Introduction
LRGA-3200EX is an advanced analysis system suitable for various complex and hazardous industrial conditions. Based on the principle of Laser Raman Scattering, the system excites, collects, processes, and identifies the characteristic Raman Scattering spectra of measured gases to achieve qualitative and quantitative analysis. Designed as in-situ installation and measurement, LRGA-3200EX can perform non-destructive gas analysis of nearly 20 components continuously. The system can be equipped with up to four explosion-proof probes operating simultaneously, eliminating the manual switching required in conventional multi-channel sampling systems. Unlike GC systems, LRGA-3200EX requires no consumables, such as valves, ovens, columns, or carrier gases, resulting in significantly reduced maintenance costs. The system supports multiple communication protocols including RS-232/RS-485, TCP/IP, USB, and 4-20mA, facilitating remote control and centralized management.
Features
• Non-destructive continuously analysis of gases like CO, CO2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4,C2H6, C3H8, H2O, H2S, NH3, iC4, nC4, etc., including homonuclear diatomics like H2, N2, O2.
• Reliable measurement based on Laser Raman gas characteristic fingerprint spectrum technology.
• Similtaneous monitoring of multiple points gas monitoring for comprehensive process control.
• In-situ Raman probes installation at smapling ponits, suitable for long-distance and harsh conditions.
• Positive pressure explosion-proof design prevents toxic and flammable gas entry.
• No consumables required (chromatographic column, valve, gas pump, etc.), ensuring extended service intervals.
