Cross-Stack Ultrasonic Flue Gas Flowmeter
Gasboard-7900M
Introduction
Gasboard-7900M is a high-temperature ultrasonic flowmeter independently developed by Cubic Instruments. Based on the TOF (Time of Flight) principle of ultrasonic waves, one or more pairs of ultrasonic transmitting and receiving devices are installed in the upstream and downstream directions of the medium respectively. The gas flow rate in the flue is calculated through the time difference of ultrasonic wave transmission, and the volume flow rate of the flue gas is calculated according to the cross-sectional area of the flue duct.
This flowmeter adopts the non-contact measurement method, which can effectively solve the measurement difficulties such as unstable flow fields and uneven flow velocity distribution in the pipeline. It can maintain continuous real-time stable monitoring in the harsh environment of high temperature, high humidity and high dust during the flue gas discharge process.
Features
• Line-average flow velocity measurement with accuracy ≤±1.5% F.S., measuring flow rates as low as 0.1 m/s.
• Simultaneous monitoring of temperature, pressure, and flow rate in a single device.
• Supports stack diameters from 0.3-12 m, with customizable 2 or 4-channel configurations.
• External probe mounting with corrosion-resistant materials for enhanced durability in harsh environments.
• Autocorrelation detection technology effectively eliminates on-site noise interference.
• Suitable for acid and wet gas measurement, unaffected by gas composition changes.
• High-speed processor for rapid data analysis, with integrated calibration and diagnostic functions.
