Ship Carbon Emission Monitoring System
Cubic Instruments' Gasboard-9085GHG is a Maritime Greenhouse Gas Emissions Monitoring System designed to measure greenhouse gases and sulfur emissions from maritime vessels in real time. Gasboard-9805GHG utilizes Cubic's mature gas sensing technology platforms including NDIR, TDLAS, UV-DOAS, GFC, and NDUV to monitor CO2, CH4, N2O, SO2 and other pollutants in ship exhaust gas. The system also integrates ultrasonic flowmeters and temperature / pressure modules for flue gas desulfurization (FGD) process analysis.
Features
• Multiple gas sensing technology platforms enabling comprehensive monitoring of greenhouse gases and sulfur content, integrating both gas concentration and flow rate measurements.
• High-temperature heated sampling system ensuring measurement accuracy by preventing component loss during gas transport and measurement process.
• Built-in automatic correction algorithms eliminating cross-interference for reliable multi-gas measurements.
• Electric tuning analysis module with no mechanical moving parts delivering excellent seismic resistance.
• Advanced extraction measurement system adapting to variations in dust content, high temperature and pressure fluctuations for consistent measurement accuracy.
