The bio-foam it contains is more than 99% biodegradable, contains no environmentally harmful PFOS or PFOA, and has a maximum fluorosurfactant content of 0.04 %. The foam extinguisher quickly and reliably extinguishes small fires of fire class A and B. • Fire class A: includes fires with solid organic substances (e.g. wood, paper, textiles) • Fire class B: includes fires with liquid or substances that become liquid (e.g. varnish, tar, petrol). Our CWS bio-foam extinguishers are particularly suitable for safety in offices, sales areas, public buildings, and airports. All CWS Bio Foam extinguishers are officially tested and approved (DIN EN 3, GS, and CE mark). They are suitable for an ambient temperature of 0 °C to +60 °C and may also be used on electrical systems up to 1,000 volts (minimum distance 1 m). The bio-foam fire extinguishers are permanent pressure or rechargeable extinguishers, and the fittings are available with a hand lever, blow button, or semi-automatic function. They are obtainable as portable or mobile versions. Portable foam extinguishers are supplied with a wall bracket or floor stand.
