The AD-4410 weighing indicator enables an increase in production efficiency by offering fast and accurate weighing even in an environment with vibrations. Weighing indicators are often used in an environment with vibrations that may cause inaccurate weighing. To obtain accurate weighing results, users need to reduce the effects of vibrations. However, mechanical measures such as a hydraulic damper require additional cost and maintenance, and software measures may slow the weighing response. The AD-4410 solves such problems! The AD-4410 comes equipped with the newly developed High Performance Digital Filter (HPDF), which reduces the effects of vibrations and provides fast and accurate weighing even in a shaky environment. Furthermore, setting the HPDF is simple and easy! You only need to select the filter setting, from 00 to 16. You can easily find the best filter setting for your workplace. The AD-4410 enables users to calibrate weighing systems even while vibrations are occurring. There is no need to shut down nearby equipment that generates vibrations, so costs or delays incurred from stopping production or calibrating on holidays will disappear. The AD-4410 can be used for weighing unstable objects like liquid in containers, hanging objects or live animals. There is no need to wait for movement to cease so weighing can be performed immediately. It may also be used for creating simple checkweighers that weigh moving objects. The AD-4410 supports standard RS-232C, current loop outputs and control I/O. RS-485 and additional RS-232C are available as options. We also offer the AD-4408A, also equipped with HPDF, when field bus interfaces such as Profibus are needed.
