In response to market demands for data communication capabilities for A&D's popular SJ-WP series of waterproof checkweighing scales, a version with Bluetooth compatibility, the SJ-WP-BT series, is now available. Since communication requires no cable connection, the scale can maintain its IP67 dust & waterproof rating. The SJ-WP-BT series is designed to be used with either the AD-8541-PC wireless communication interface for PC or the AD-8931 wireless remote display (both sold separately). The AD-8541-PC enables a PC to wirelessly receive data from and send commands to the SJ-WP-BT series through its USB port. Meanwhile, the AD-8931 can wirelessly receive and display weighing results from the SJ-WP-BT series. As with the standard SJ-WP series, the SJ-WP-BT series is equipped with programmable high-speed LED traffic lights to indicate whether the measured value is within the designated limits. With this feature and its fast stabilization time of less than 0.5 seconds, you can dramatically increase packing/filling/sorting speed while reducing errors and waste. The SJ-WP-BT series is also ideal for weighing wet objects (e.g. fish) or fine powders that easily scatter (e.g. flour).
