D.Electron's answer to the most price sensitive applications is the “MLK-Solo” Numerical Control. Equipped with the modern O.S. Linux-based FlorenZ has the mission of making all the advantages and power of the Z32 CNCs accessible to the simplest applications.
Basically, the MLK-Solo effectively competes with the classic PLC+HMI combination, allowing you to also create "Motion Control" applications with the operating comfort and computing power typical of the high-end Z32 CNC. MLK-Solo can be defined as an "all-in-one" Numerical Control equipped "on-board" with I/O and all the resources to manage up to 8 interpolating axes.
The "SOLO" series can be combined with the Z32 central units and consoles in the D.Electron catalogue.
The axes are interfaced to commercial drives via a single cable, which integrates the analog reference and encoder simulation as well as I/O dedicated to communication with the drive. This makes the wiring minimal, therefore economical and reliable.
