Description

We supply high quality station post insulators according to IEC ,ANSI standards or customers' specifications . IEC standard products including : C8-550 , C8-1050 , C10-1175, C12.5-1800 etc. ANSI standard post insulators including: TR202, TR205, TR208,TR216, TR286, TR304 ,TR295 etc. The station post insulator can be made up to 1000KV , 30KN . The shapping method in both Isostatic pressing and wet process are all available . HIVOLT station post insulators choose high quality materials : 1, Metal flange : We use high density ductile iron or malleable iron ,every piece are tested qualified with magnetic powder inspection . Flange surface are hot dip galvanized , zinc thickness meet related IEC and ASTM standard requirement . 2 Porcelain : the insulation part use high aluminum porcelain C130 , the porcelain surface covered a layer of hard and shinning glaze , color can be grey , brown or white . 3 Cement : excellent Portland cement make the assembled insulator have very good mechanical performance and the quality are more reliable . 4 silicone sealant : we sue a layer of silicone sealant cover the cement ring surface , just to protect cement have a stable performance for longer life , In the meantime , it can prevent cement dust fall down to pollute the electrical instrument . One more thing , we can also paint HRTV on the insulator body surface , if customer has such requirement . The HRTV coating has excellent insulation performance , after the treatment , the insulators can be used in extra heavy pollution area.
