Corner beads production: high output with easy to use technology. Perforated angle and corner beads are necessary for finishing corners of walls made with plaster profiles. The DALLAN HSP perforation system has been created for this very purpose. The perforating press operates at 400 strokes a minute with pitch 150mm, reaching a forming speed of no less than 60 metres a minute with traditional type dies. The line comprises: Decoiler Electronic feeder DALLAN HSP high speed press DALLAN T4 roll forming machine Flying shear Unloading table or automatic stacking The system is completed with the simple or semi-automatic stacking table, which delivers the bundle of profiles to the operator ready for fastening and packaging.
