Ceiling Grid profiles: compact roll forming machine for T-bars. The compact DALLAN EASY D54 roll forming machines for T-bars are ideal for producing all the T-bar profiles: cross tee 600, cross tee 1200 and main runner 3600 in a single system. The profile is made with butt-end and overlap connections as well as with integral hook. Taking into account the output rates required for each profile, the line produces profiles at an overall speed of 10 metres a minute. The profiles leave the machine completely finished and ready to be packaged. The line comprises: Decoilers DALLAN T4 roll forming machine Die holder base for end perforations and connectors Electrical cabinet Unloading table The machine is set up with tools, dies and the DALLAN COMBI roller change system which can all be used on DALLAN T-bar lines for high output of up to 60 metres a minute.
