It is suitable for roller shutter profiles up to 55mm. The profile design and machining method has been patented by Dallan and involves a machining process on the ends of the profiles, which is then hidden by the guides. Companies worldwide have been using the DALLAN D6TL system for over 10 years. The line operates at a speed of 20 pieces a minute with the approximate output of one window every 2 minutes. The coil is roll formed, foam-filled, cut to measure and machined, then punched and assembled: all your operator has to do is to take the assembled curtain, insert the end slat and place the curtain ready for subsequent final assembly operations.
