Venetian Blind automation: destacker for bundles of cut-to-size profiles (off-line application). This machine is used in off-line systems. It is a CNC actuated system with suction cups, which delicately pick out the Venetian blind profiles from a bundle and take them to the feeder for the stations carrying out the next processes. The DV1 system can operate with up to 2 picking stations and can be customised up to a maximum of 5 stations. In this way the operator can load multiple bundles and wait for the completed curtains at the end of the line.
