Profile packaging system A10

Automatic packaging system for plasterboard profiles up to the master pack forming. The DALLAN A10 packaging system can deal with a production output of up to 170 metres a minute. The first element of this system automatically puts two profiles together to form a small bundle. The package is then sent to the strapping area to be securely fastened. From here it goes to a third machine, which stacks the packages in layers to form a big bundle (master pack). The master pack may now either be strapped by hand or sent automatically to the last machine in the system, the DALLAN A12W automatic strapping machine.
