Description

The manipulator is equipped with a gripping device with expansion mandrel, for gripping reels in the hole and the manual inclination of 90 °. Hundreds of Dalmec manipulators are used for handling spools in the leading industries all over the world. We equip our manipulators with different types of gripping devices able to lift, rotate, tilt reels of all sizes and materials with a weight from 5 Kg to 900 Kg. Our systems, enable you to lift and handle your products with the upmost precision. DALMEC continuously strives to find the best solution to allow the handling of loads without any effort in accordance with the ergonomic criteria. Manipulator Posifil for spool handling The manipulator is equipped with an expanding mandrel tooling for gripping reels in the indise core and a manual inclination of 90 °. The manipulator is installed on a special supporting plate. Characteristics: Max weight capacity: 50 Kg – Max working radius: 4500 mm – Vertical lift: 1800 mm. Well-trained design staff are able to develop state-of-the-art equipment, which ensure the operators ergonomic use of the Manipulators.
