Manipulator zero balancer Dalmec, with pinch jaws tooling, designed for picking and handling reels of different shapes, weights and sizes. In particular, the tooling enables to grip the reel about its external diameter and to place it in its packaging. Hundreds of Dalmec manipulators are used for handling reels in the leading industries all over the world. We equip our manipulators with different types of gripping devices able to lift, rotate, tilt reels of all sizes and materials with a weight from 5 Kg to 900 Kg. The base-plate allows an easy and fast use of the Manipulator in more workplaces. The Manipulator is equipped with pinch jaws tooling, designed for picking and handling reels of different shapes, weights and sizes.
