Description

Manipulator zero balancer Dalmec, with pinch jaws tooling, designed for picking and handling reels of different shapes, weights and sizes. In particular, the tooling enables to grip the reel about its external diameter and to place it in its packaging. Hundreds of Dalmec manipulators are used for handling reels in the leading industries all over the world. We equip our manipulators with different types of gripping devices able to lift, rotate, tilt reels of all sizes and materials with a weight from 5 Kg to 900 Kg. The base-plate allows an easy and fast use of the Manipulator in more workplaces. The Manipulator is equipped with pinch jaws tooling, designed for picking and handling reels of different shapes, weights and sizes. In particular, the tooling enables to grip the reel about its external diameter and to place it in its packaging. Characteristics: Max weight capacity: 200 Kg – Max working radius: 4000 mm – Vertical lift: 1750 mm Well-trained design staff are able to develop state-of-the-art equipment, which ensure the operators ergonomic use of the Manipulators. Every project is developed according to the instructions given by the Directive 2006/42/EC on machinery and after a careful and a methodical analysis of the risks.
