Reels handling represents for Dalmec one of the most common requests. For this reason, the wide range of Dalmec manipulators, equipped with customized gripping devices, suitable for the different types of reels, effectively responds to the different needs of the customer. With very varied dimensions and weight, made up of different materials from plastic film, paper to steel, reels handing require a very careful analysis during the design phase. The very nature of the load imposes the choice between different gripping solutions for similar types of reels, a very delicate material does not allow the reel to be gripped on the external diameter without deteriorating it.
