The Morso automatc blade grinder has been designed for hollow grinding your Morso blades to perfection. The grinding angle is set to 29 degrees - same angle as used in the Morso factory. Never change this angle and never flat grind your blades. The Morso blade grinders are dry grinding the Morso blades - this is why it is very important to manually move the grinding wheel lenghtwise with a consistent speed. This is ensured by the automatic control of the machine. The forward movement of the grinding wheel is automatic adjustable. Enter the number of sideways movements before the wheel will automatically move closer to the blades. The number of sideways movements is obviously adjustable Having ground your Morso blades, the operator will have to manually remove burrs and set the edge of the blades, with two additional stones. (The two stones are included in the price of the Morso blade grinder.) This will be done while the next set is ground in the machine.
