This is a trailer stand whose aim to enhance landing dock safety. One noted aspect of the trailer is that it is TÜV certified, as per German safety and standards institution. Usually when fork trucks are loaded they tend to become nose heavy, making it look precarious and unbalanced. This is prevented through trailer stands which also acts an additional deterrent against tipping during loading. The use of the stand is recommended by the German Berufsgenossenschaften in BGI 582 + 603. There is a heavy gauge steel construction large base pad, measuring 470 x 425mm accompanied by a large trailer contact pad, measuring 760 x 120mm. The height can be adjusted from 1020 to 1340mm. This is a gas-activated, self-leveling system, which is also ergonomically designed, complete with handles and all, making ti easy to position the trailer. When inflated, the tires measure 380mm. Weight of trailer is 70 kilograms.
