Description

The Heylo dust protection system DCS is a combination of dust protection door and air cleaner. In order to remove dust quickly and safely from the working area during renovation work while protecting other parts of the building, the DCS dust protection system is the right working tool. The DCD dust protection door is used to safely seal off the working or dirty area from the white area. The DCD in combination with the air cleaner and hoses results in the dust protection system DCS for negative pressure maintenance or dust extraction. The PowerFilter 3500 is very well suited for large rooms or heavy dust infestation, as two hoses can be connected here. A negative pressure is created by connecting the PowerFilter in the white area to the DCD in the renovation area (black area). The negative pressure prevents the fine dust from spreading further. As soon as the hose is led through the opening directly to the place where the dust originates in the renovation area, a dust extraction function results. The dust protection system saves time, money and complications and ensures successful jobs and satisfied customers. There is no need for time-consuming subsequent cleaning as with water-based systems. Knock out and dispose of the dust bags and filters used. Caution: If the air is polluted and H14 filters are used, they must be disposed of properly. Frequently asked questions (FAQs) about dust protection What is the difference between the white area and the black area? "Black area" refers to the contaminated (construction site) area. Hazardous substances arising during remediation include asbestos, dusts or mould.
