The machine we present is a linear filler able to work with bottles and vials in glass, plastic or metal, for automatic conditioning of any kind of liquid, semi-solid and powder products, in sterile area or clean room. It has been designed to comply with the cGMP and US FDA regulations, in special compliance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, chemical and similar industries. The filling station is equipped with a maximum of 6 peristaltic pumps for liquid products or volumetric filling stations for semi-liquid or powder products. Filling programs are stored and can be recalled from the control panel. New programs can be created easily and quickly by the user. The changeover to a different size is carried out quickly and without tools. The adaptation to different heights of containers is made through digital positioning gauge. The machine is suitable both for batches of clinical trials and for an extensive range of production batches.
