The machine we present is a tabletop closing machine, for vials and glass, plastic or metal bottles, for production speeds up to 3,600 units per hour. It is designed to be used in sterile areas, in compliance with the GMP and US-FDA regulations, in special compliance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The closing station is equipped with a closing head through static crimping, characterised by the minimum generation of particles during the closing process. Feeding of the closures can be carried out automatically by vibrating feeders, made in AISI-316L stainless steel. The changeover to a different size is carried out quickly, easily and without tools, by exchanging complete sets of size parts. Adaptation to different heights of containers is made through digital positioning gauges. The machine is suitable both for batches of clinical trials and for extensive production batches. In order to work in sterile or clean room applications, we supply different units of laminar flow adapted to each machine configuration. The ultrafiltered air ensures a permanent aseptic working area.
