For production speeds up to 3,600 units per hour. The equipment has been designed to be used in a sterile area, and conforms with the cGMP and US-FDA standards to meet the special requirements of the pharmaceutical, bio-technological and diagnostics reagents industry. The filling station is fitted out with SpeedFill peristaltic pumps for dosing liquid products or with a volumetric dosing unit for semi-solid products. Dosing volumes from 0.001 up to 100 ml. The pick & place station places caps in sequential mode onto the container, these being previously pre-screwed in. The handling of closing components is made by vacuum. The closing station is fitted out with a servo driven electronic screw-in head, which allows to survey the exact tighten torque. All production parameters are stored in the system memory by means of "formats". Therefore, parameters such as: • Filling volume. • Kinematics of the filling process. • Kinematics of the pre-screwing process. • Caps screw torque control. • Vibration amplitude of automatic feeders. • Output speed.
