Compact machine / Filling from 0.1 up to 540 ml. / Output up to 15,000 uph. / Conforms with GMP-US FDA. The machine we present is a tabletop filling and closing machine for cylindrical vials made of glass, plastic or metal, for automatic processing of all kinds of liquid, semi-liquid or powder products in sterile areas or clean rooms. Production speeds up to 250 units per minute. Its design has been made for its use in sterile areas, in compliance with the regulations of the GMP and US-FDA, in special compliance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. The operations to be carried out on the machine are: • Automatic infeed of vials from trays. • Dosing through valveless rotary piston pumps or through Speedfill peristaltic pumps. • Automatic infeed and positioning of injectable or lyophilised stoppers. • Loading of vials in trays at the exit of the machine. All production parameters are stored in the data memory, through “formats”. Therefore, parameters such as: • Dosing volume. • Programmable Kinematics of the filling system. • Kinematics of the pick & place station for the positioning of stoppers on the vial at the correct depth, depending on if it is an injectable or a lyophilised stopper. • Amplitude of vibration of automatic feeders. • Output speed 15 000 p/h
