Single use syringes have quickly become a pharmaceutical application format that provides safety, hygiene and dosing accuracy, in the application of medical injections. The machine we present is a filling and closing machine, for the individual processing of syringes. The equipment is designed to be used in sterile room applications, in compliance with the cGMP and US-FDA regulations and in special compliance with the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. All production parameters are stored in the system memory, through “formats”. Therefore, parameters such as: • Filling volume. • Programmable Kinematics of the filling system. • Positioning depth of the plungers. • Closing torque in screwing plunger rods. • Vibration amplitude of the component feeders. • Output speed.
