The pharmaceutical industry places very high demands on the materials which are used in manufacturing areas. With the support of the pharmaceutical industry experiments have been conducted for the production of corrosion free tools made from various materials and their behaviour before and after autoclaving. Based on analyses of surface effects from the German Association for Materials Research and Testing Stuttgart, the production of corrosion free tools was made possible using up to date production – and complimenting surface treatment methods.
CCI cleanroom tools are very easy to clean and fulfil the demands of current tool manufacturing standards. Another important point is the resistance against disinfection products in all forms, base, H2O2 and most acids.
This product is completed with a tool box, which simplifies the sterilisation process, as the tools do not have to be taken out of the box or be autoclaved one by one. The configuration of the tool box can be adapted individually on the tool assembly.
