PDP + PT + PT + Controller Volumetric dispensing system for bicomponent epoxy, polyurethane, silicone resins. Dispensing of resins and bi-component fluids with low to medium viscosities. The tanks, available in various sizes and with various accessories, feed the 2 fluids towards the volumetric pump. The PDP pump, with progressive cavity operation, guarantees the perfect proportioning of the 2 components, and the mixing through static or dynamic mixer. The multilingual controller manages the motors of the two pumps with closed-loop logic, to obtain precise and repeatable dosages. Special pressure transducers, mounted between the pumps and the mixing block, check in real time any hardening in the mixer, or in the resin and hardener passage channels, guaranteeing maximum process control.
