Volumetric dispensing of:
•Thermally conductive pastes and Gap Fillers in drums
• High viscosity bi-component adhesives
The ultimate solution for TIM and gap fillers dispensing, using servo drived progressive cavity pumps for fluid feeding and dispensing.
The highest dispensing accuracy, with the minimum wearing of the parts, due to the use of high resistance materials and due to the functioning principle, that doesn't stress the fluids, avoiding high pressurizations.
Solution ready to be integrated on robots, cobots and XYZ systems, with complete control of the dispensing process parameters trough PLC and HMI, interfaced with Profinet to the assembly line.
