E2K + Controller Bi-cartridge volumetric dispensing system of structural adhesives, 2K resins, epoxy adhesives, thermo-conductive pastes and gap fillers. Volumetric, controlled and repeatable dispensing, even with the use of pre-filled bi-cartridges. This dispensing system allows to dispense 2K resins with maximum precision, contained in cartridges of 50,200 and 400 ml and with ratios 1: 1, 2: 1, 4: 1 or 10: 1. An actuator, controlled in a closed loop by the dedicated controller, extrudes the cartridges, managing the instantaneous flow rate, the discharge of residual pressure, and the level of the cartridges. No part of the dispensing system is in contact with fluids, which avoids contamination and cleaning operations.
