Features of Automatic Membrane Filter Press: 1) filter plate is made of reinforced polypropylene based on advanced technology process, with advantages of high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and tasteless; 2) it adopts hydraulic system to compress, and the maximum compression pressure can be 22Mpa; 3) the maximum filtration pressure: chamber filter press can be 0.8Mpa, plate and frame filter press can be 0.5Mpa, which is the best condition to ensure form the filter cake; 4) filter plate temperature: 0~80 centigrade normal, the highest can be 115 centigrade; 5) the discharging mode adopts the hydraulic device as driving mechanism; 6) automatic membrane filter press uses PLC programming, which can realize program-controlled.
